Delivery Information
We offer free economy standard delivery on all orders to mainland UK and same day dispatch if you order before 2pm. Any orders placed after 2pm may be shipped the next working day (Monday-Friday). Weekends & Bank Holidays are not classed as working days.
Please note we are an online retailer so we are unable to serve customers directly at our business address.
We offer 3 Delivery options. Please ensure you choose the option which suits your needs when you make the order.
FREE TRACKED Standard Delivery
We offer FREE delivery on all our products (UK mainland only). Every order is TRACKED to ensure you get what you order. Please allow 1-4 working days for our free delivery service.
NEXT DAY DELIVERY
If you need a part urgently and you're located in mainland UK we offer NEXT DAY delivery for a small extra charge.
Your order must be placed before 12pm.
Our Next Day delivery is working day service and our courier delivers Monday to Friday only, this does not include weekends. Any orders dispatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Standard Shipping (Outside Mainland UK)
For our products which are over 60cm in length our free delivery option applies to mainland UK only and is subject to Post code restrictions. Unfortunately, for these items we can't offer free delivery if you're located in the Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and Northern Ireland. For these orders please choose the 'Standard Shipping (Outside Mainland UK)' to apply the additional delivery charge to your order.
Our Next Day Delivery service is for mainland UK only and not available to Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, the Isle of Man , Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland.
We reserve right to cancel any order placed with a delivery address outside mainland UK with the incorrect delivery option for that area. Please contact us if you are unsure what delivery options are available to you.
Track your parcelWe send all our parcels fully tracked to ensure that they arrive safely. You will receive an email informing you when the order has been shipped with a tracking number so you can check where your order is and when it’s going to be delivered. Please check the tracking. With our Couriers DHL and Parcel Force you can call and re-arrange delivery if the delivery date given is unsuitable. If you miss a delivery you may need to use the card left to call and re-arrange. If its a Royal Mail parcel the tracking will show 'Ready for Delivery' on the date the parcel is to be delivered. If no-one is home when Royal Mail try to deliver, they may leave it with a neighbour or take it to the local depot for collection and leave a card. You can collect the item or re-arrange delivery for another day online on their website.
Tip! – Please do not arrange for a part to be fitted by a garage until you have received & checked that the part is correct.

For next day delivery it’s best to give us a call and confirm that it is possible to get what you need delivered the next day and avoid disappointment.
